Guided tours, heritage demonstrations, and interactive programming bring Burlington’s past to the present as visitors explore the house, grounds and interpretive centre.

Time for Tea!

Make mum's day! The Mother’s Day Champagne Tea will serve premium tea and traditional refreshments. Guests will enjoy a glass of champagne along with champagne infused desserts and tea, followed by tours of Ireland House Museum. The historic house presents a history of Burlington from the 1830s to the 1920s through the Ireland family. There are three seating times available at 11:00 am, 1:00pm, and 3:00 pm.

Summer Camp Registration

SUMMER CAMP REGISTRATION IS OPEN! Our camps for 5 to 12 year olds involve designing, building, learning and experimenting with innovative projects in a fun atmosphere. Museum Educators present material in an engaging, well-rounded, camp environment, with a variety of indoor and outdoor activities on the grounds of the historic Ireland House. The program includes a day with educational programming, supervised outdoor recreational activities, scavenger hunts and obstacle courses.
