  • A Home's Story: The Brant House

THE START

Thayendanegea/Joseph Brant did not settle in Burlington until late in his life. He moved into his newly built Burlington residence around 1802 when he was 59 years old. He would pass away just five years later, leaving behind a complicated legacy.

Join us in exploring the transformation of Brant’s Head-of-the-Lake residence from Home to Hotel to Hospital to Replica.
