2018 Vendor Registration
JOIN US FOR OUR 2018 SEASON OF EVENTS!
HOW TO BECOME A VENDOR
To request a vendor space, please email firstname.lastname@example.org prior to registering online, with a description of your business and items available for sale. This process ensures quality, variety and uniqueness in the vendors markets of each event. Your request must be received, reviewed and approved by the registration deadline listed for each event.
We look forward to seeing you this year. Please call with any questions or concerns regarding this matter at Ireland House Museum: 905-332-9888 and ask to speak with the Special Events staff.
All events are held rain or shine on the advertised date and fees are non-refundable.
The fee for a 10x10 space is:
· $100.00 Marketplace/crafter
· $150.00 Paid activity provider (per activity)
· $150.00 Corporation
Vendors are responsible for supplying their own tables, canopies, chairs, and table linens (table and chair rentals are available).
In 2018, we will host the following free outdoor events:
SP'EGG'TACULAR EASTER EVENT
Saturday, March 24, 2018, 11am to 3pm
This popular family event will take place at Ireland House at Oakridge Farm. Attendance ranges from 1,500 to 2,000 visitors and attracts families with preschool, elementary or middle school-aged children. Registration deadline is Friday, March 9, 2018. Space availability 10-12.
JOSEPH BRANT DAY FESTIVAL
Monday, August 6, 2018, 11am to 4pm
This is an annual event held on Civic Holiday Monday, at La Salle Park in Burlington. Attendance ranges from 4,000 to 8000 and has been a tradition within the community for over 30 years. Registration deadline is Friday, July 20, 2018. Space availability 30-35.
APPLEFEST FALL FAIR
Sunday, September 16, 2018, 11am to 4pm
This popular community event takes place at Ireland House at Oakridge Farm. The event’s attendance ranges from 3000 to 5000 attendees and has been a tradition within the community for over 20 years. Registration deadline is Friday, August 31, 2018. Space availability 20-30
